The following car and personal property will be offered after the sale of the house located at 332 Grove St. Carey, Ohio 43316.  East Findlay St. then south 4 blocks on S Patterson to Grove.

Automobile to sell after house:  2014 KIA RIO KDI with less than 7000 miles.  Sold with reserve, no test drives.

Real Estate:  A one story home with two bedrooms and two full baths, eat-in kitchen, living room, large laundry with updated elec. panel, water heater and gas forced air furnace with central air.  The home has HE windows, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roof and a 24 x 40 pole barn behind.  Come view this house on Mon Jan 16 @ 4:30 PM or by appointment.

Terms for Real Estate:  $3,000.00 down day of sale with balance due within 30 days.  Taxes of $790.42 yr.    will be pro-rated to delivery deed when an Executor’s Deed and possession will be given.  Financing must be pre-arranged!  Not subject to inspections or inspections needed to secure financing.  Executor reserves the right to reject any and all bids but needs to settle this estate business.  Disclosures available at open house.
