TERMS FOR HOME: $2,500.00 down day of sale (non-refundable) finances must be pre-arranged! Balance due on or before 30 days when title and possession will be given. Sale subject to purchaser being approved by Riverview Terrace management. Purchasing MH in as is condition with no warranties given all inspections to be done before day of sale a purchaser’s expense. Guardian reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Personal property not sold will remain with mobile home.
