Auction will be held at the Arcadia Park Building

December 15, 2018 at 10 AM

94.491 acres of flat-gently sloping tillable tiled farm land FSA 91.98 farmable, with good road access off Co. Rd. 330.  Farm will be offered in the following parcels and as a whole until the highest bids are obtained.  Farm is located in the NW ¼ of Section 10 Biglick Twp. one mile south of US Hwy 224 on Co. Rd. 330

Parcel 1.  The south 50 acres

Parcel 2.  The north 44.491 acres

The whole 94.491 acres

Terms:  Down Payment day of auction. Each parcel $15,000.00.  The whole 94.491 acres $25,000; the balance paid within 45 days when the deed will be delivered. Possession will be given after 2019 harvest of wheat crop, along with $150.00 per acre to the new buyers.  All inspections shall be completed prior to auction day at the buyer’s expense. Buyers financing must be prearranged.
