The below listed farmland owned by the late Dennis & Lisa Borkosky will be offered at the OSU Extension office conference room 7868 CR 140 Findlay, OH 45840.
 
E ½ NW ¼ Section 24 Amanda Twp. Hancock Co. Ohio

80.78 surveyed acres lies west along the Blanchard River with access from an easement from TR 165. FSA  reports this farm to have 53 acres tillable and remainder wooded, thicket and large 1.6-acre pond in the SE corner. Tillable land slightly sloping mostly Blount and Pewamo soils with some Glynwood along east side.

TERMS: $25,000.00 due day of sale (non-refundable) with balance due with-in 30 days when an Executor’s Deed and possession will be given. Purchaser to receive 2025 farming rights. Tillage rights given day of sale. Not subject to financing purchasers must have their financing pre-arranged.
