TERMS: $10,000.00 due day of sale (non-refundable) with balance due with-in 30 days when an Executor’s Deed will be given.  Real Estate taxes to be pro-rated at closing.  Purchaser to receive 2018 farming rights.  Not subject to financing purchasers must have their financing pre-arranged.
