 Terms on real estate:  $5,000.00 shall be paid down on the day of the auction and the balance within 45 days when the deed and possession will be given.  All inspections shall be completed prior to auction day at the buyer’s expense. Buyers financing must be prearrangedm sale is not subject to inspections needed to secure financing.
